Suzie Bond founded BOND Beauty in 1999 when she resigned her Regional Education Management position with one of the world's most renowned color manufacturers. She knew she didn't want to be "just another salon" who delivered pretty hair, so she developed a business model that's unique and driven by education and expertise.
